Booking and Coverage
How do I book a game or player session?
To book a session complete the contact form and I will get back to you shortly. You may also text me your info at (317)289-4928 and include the sport, date, and location.
Can I book coverage for one player instead of an entire team?
Yes I do offer both team and individual player coverage. With the individual player package I focus on your star athlete throughout the game. The prices are comparable and it really depends if you are looking to have the team or your own player the focus of my lens.
Do you have a service agreement?
I do require a service agreement to be completed upon an agreed session. Please click Onside Photos Photography Service Agreement to review it. I will email this to you once we have agreed upon photo session date, package, and location.
What to expect
How many photos will I receive?
It depends on several factors. First, if you opt for the team package then I generally provide 50+ high quality images. On an individual package then I typically deliver 20 high quality images of your star athlete. Of course, the number of photos is dependent on the amount of playing time the player receives on the field.
Can you guarantee photos of a specific play or moment?
No. Sports are unpredictable, so I can’t guarantee that a specific play or moment will be captured. I’ll actively follow the athlete or team throughout the game and work to capture a variety of action, emotion, and memorable moments as opportunities develop.
What happens if the game is canceled or postponed?
If a game is postponed or canceled, please let me know as soon as possible. Whenever possible, your booking and any payment made can be transferred to the rescheduled game or another mutually agreed-upon event. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll work together to determine the best option based on the circumstances.
What happens if my athlete doesn't play much?
Playing time directly affects the number and variety of photos I’m able to capture. I’ll make the most of every opportunity while your athlete is in the game, but I can’t guarantee a specific number of images. My goal is always to deliver the strongest collection possible based on the opportunities available.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better, especially during busy parts of the season. I recommend booking as soon as you know your game date to ensure availability. Last-minute requests are always welcome, and I’ll accommodate them whenever my schedule allows.
Photos & Galleries
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Most galleries are delivered within 5 - 7 days after the game. Each image is individually reviewed, selected, and edited before delivery, so turnaround time may vary slightly depending on the number of images and my shooting schedule. I’ll let you know if I expect delivery to take longer than usual. Preview photos will usually be posted on Instagram within 48 hours if it was a team shot.
Are the photos edited?
Yes. Every delivered photo is individually reviewed and professionally edited for exposure, color, cropping, and overall presentation. Additional adjustments such as noise reduction or removing minor distractions may also be made when appropriate. My goal is to deliver finished images that look their best while still keeping the action and moment natural.
Can I purchase prints?
At this time, Onsidephotos.com primarily provides high-resolution digital images that you can download and use for personal printing. Print options may be added in the future. If you’re interested in a specific print size or have questions about where to have your photos printed, feel free to contact me.
Can I get the RAW files?
RAW and unedited files are not included with photography services. The editing process is an important part of the finished image, so only carefully selected and professionally edited photographs are delivered.
Using & Sharing Your Photos
Can I post my photos on social media?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to share your photos on your personal social media accounts. I just ask that you don’t significantly alter the images or use them for commercial purposes without permission. Tagging Onsidephotos.com when you share is always appreciated!
Can I print the photos myself?
Yes. Your delivered images include personal-use printing rights, so you’re welcome to have them printed for yourself, family, or friends. For the best results, I recommend using a quality photo lab rather than making significant adjustments to the image before printing.
Who owns the copyright to the photographs?
Onsidephotos.com retains the copyright to all photographs. When you receive your images, you’re granted personal-use rights, which allow you to download, share, and print them for yourself, family, and friends. Commercial, promotional, or publication use requires prior permission from Onsidephotos.com.
Will my athlete's photos appear on Onsidephotos.com or social media?
Photos may be featured on Onsidephotos.com, social media, or other promotional materials to showcase my work. If you’re a parent or legal guardian and prefer that photos of your athlete not be used for promotional purposes, just let me know and I’ll respect your request.
